Veriden elde edilen sonuçların ve/ya bilgilerin izlenmesi, uyarılması ve yönlendirilmesi için belirlenen KPI (Anahtar Performans Göstergeleri) ve bu göstergelerin izlenebildiği ortamlar önem kazanıyor. Yani artık bilgiyi ortaya koyma şeklimiz de değişiklik gösterip, raporlardan basit grafiklere ve/ya bilgi sembollerine kayıyor. Bu altyapıları desteklemek için Dashbaord ve Andon gibi yazılımla güçlendirilmiş donanımlar ortaya çıkıyor.
